Class Description - VinyasaYoga
"Vinyasa" is a connected sequence of poses--sometime referred to as Flow Yoga. This class builds on the foundation of poses and flexibility established in Gentle Yoga. We add balance poses and simple inversions. The class focuses on alignment and attention to detail to build core strength, and enhance agility, endurance, and balance. Perfect for the intermediate student but also accessible to the beginner who is already physically active. All yoga classes end with deep relaxation and a guided visualization to help release tensions and reduce stress.
